Triton and West does not exist

I have confirmed that Triton and West does not exist. I laid a complaint with the Financial Supervisory Commission in Taiwan. Below is my email to them and their response:

I am a citizen of South Africa. I was contacted by Robert Taylor at Triton and West registered in New Taipei, Taiwan, in the middle of 2023. They offered to buy and sell shares for me. I agreed and they suggested shares to buy and when to sell them. With every trade, they sent me a trade confirmation document to sign. I am attaching them. With the last trade in November 2023, they wanted to sell ZLAB and buy SYM. At that stage I was dealing with Martin Lange and he sent me a trade confirmation that I did not sign (attached) I also told him over the phone that I cannot participate in the trade because I would have to pay another $ 15 676.60 which I did not have. I reminded him that I sent all my available funds for them to invest and grow. Triton and West went ahead and purchased the SIM shares. I only became aware of it in April 2024. When I asked them to sell the shares and send me some of the profits, they said that my account is in arrears and that I must first pay that before they can sell the shares. I still don't have the funds and I don't trust that they will do what they said they will do. There are similar complaints online and I don't want to take a chance. They should pay the arrears money and deduct it from the proceeds of the sale. All the people I have dealt with are: Robert Taylor, Dave Carter, Martin Lange, James Wright and Simon Stauten

Also, we didn’t find any company named “Triton and West” that registered with the Company Registry in our Ministry of Economic Affairs under the address mentioned in your email. We're afraid that you have encountered financial ****s. Therefore, we might suggest you file a police report or seek legal assistance from authorities in your jurisdiction.
