Worst service provider

I called the company today to find our whne my delivery would be made and I was advised that it will take place anything before 12pm today. At 11:25 I call the company to see when they are coming and the service manager said she see that it Scheduled for Tuesday. When I try to call the call goes to reception and the customer service is not available the lady that finally assisted me told me she can see it is scheduled for Tuesday and she would come back to me. I am still waiting for the manager who advised that she will make arrangements for my delivery to take place today. Worst courier company by far, not accessible and doesn’t honor their word.
