Worst courier service ever.

Worst Courier company I have had to deal with. Was due and urgent shipment on Friday 15 Jul 22....for installation Saturday 16th. Friday someone called to say they are having truck problems and if its OK the deliver after hours. I was happy with that and ensured I was hope Friday night. Now is MONDAY and nothing. No delivery, no update and the whole weekend the phone just rang with a stupid ridiculous message playing in your ear telling you how great they are. Ant truck can break......but it's not the customers fault and then feedback is the food of kings. It was very difficult convincing my customer that this is not a ****.
