Worst courier company, avoid like the plague!

Worst courier company ever. Failed to deliver, yet the online tracking shows packages were delivered.. No one knows where they delivered or to whom. After phoning them they told me that due to a road closure they couldn't deliver, yet there are 4 other routes they could use. Then they phone back saying the driver will still deliver that evening, that also didn't happen. How about a courtesy call informing me that the driver won't make it. I have phoned 4 times today and still they don't come back to me as the person responsible is either not at the office or dodging my calls. Very unprofessional indeed.
