Very Unprofessional

<p>Your truck was just here to collect a parcel, NOT BECAUSE I CONTACTED YOU!! But my client who is your client contacted you and arrange to collect his parcel. How can you send your people to my office to collect a parcel when they are UNEDUCATED, DONT KNOW HOW TO FILL IN A WAYBILL!! Your people dropped a waybill infront of me, just pointing at it, when i asked him what must I do he said...fill in your details, ok so I did, then he told me I must fil in the rest of the waybill - Firstly it is not my couriers, I did not contact you for your service and it is not my job to do your companies work to fill in the waybill!! All the info is on his machine, is your people sooo lazy that they can not even copy the info from the machine?? Then he contacted his supervisor and we explained to him the situation, and he just told your people to leave the parcel and go. YOU ARE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. AND HOW DO YOU EXPECT US TO FILL IN YOUR WAYBILLS. We run a company and have lots of work to do I DO NOT HAVE TIME TO DO YOUR JOB!! I WILL NOTIFY EVERY ONE ABOUT YOUR BAD SERVICE AND NOT TO USE YOU AGAIN</p>
