Unbelievable that such a company is still in business.

I am busy refurbishing a flat on Stellenbosch.

I bought an inverter and 2 batteries. So I arranged that it be delivered last Wednesday. So at 15h00 I phoned the Cape Town office. They said it will be delivered between that time and 17h00. I haven't had anything to eat, so I asked that I be put through to dispatch to ask them at what time more or less can I expect delivery.

The person that I spoke to then said The reason I called you was to tell you that some farmer caused a delay, and he would arrange a late delivery.

Well I waited till 18h00 and then I called Triton again, only to find out that the phone answers, but you stay connected to the same message. No one answered.

Nobody called me, nothing.

So the next morning I contacted the supplier, saying that I was not going to be in Stellenbosch for the rest of the week, but delivery can be arranged for Monday afternoon.

So this morning I phoned Triton three times, every time they transferred me to Stellenbosch dispatch, the line was dropped.

So I contacted the supplier again. He confirmed that it would be this afternoon.

So, at 16h00 I contacted the supplier again, stating that they had not arrived. So he arranged a late delivery.

So now it is 20h15, and I am going to go to Melkbosstrand.

As I said, Unbelievable that such a company is still in business.
