Not willing to pay life insurance

I have a big complaint about triton i had a family member working at triton linbro park meadowdale . They have life insurance on every person working there that is good but they dont pay outthe full amount which is insured for the family. They pay you a lump sum and then forget about you what disgusted me was they took 50% of the insured momey for triton either the managers aren't doing whatthey must or its just a ****
