Deplorable service

Honestly at a loss... Got an sms on Monday to say I could expect delivery before 5pm that day. 4:50pm rolls around and still no delivery, so I called and they advised that delivery would happen between 6pm and 7pm. Nothing arrives, so I call the following day. Customer service said they'd call back to let me know when to expect delivery, but I received no call. I called back and they said delivery would arrive between 5pm and 6pm. Convenient considering their call centre closes at 5pm. No delivery. It's now Wednesday and still nothing, so I called again this morning and they mentioned there's some sort of delay due to a high volume of Cielo orders, and would call back shortly to advise. Still nothing. After reading these reviews, I don't feel confident that I'll even get my order this week, nevermind before Christmas. So tired of false promises and wasting time waiting and calling. Deplorable service, absolutely DO NOT RECOMMEND
