courier damaged goods
triton express jhb collected a parcel from my supplier in jhb the parcel was in good working order the parcel got damaged in line haul with the trucks of triton now they deliver the item to me and as i start to ask about the problem they say that my supplier does not have liability with them and therefor they wil not be held liable for the damages to the products during transport and handling . i feel that that is unfair because now ive paid for transport and the item and its my problem due to the fact that my supplier has loaded the parcel in 100% working order so they are not held responsable

Further to our telecon with yourself last week, we have established that the transport was arranged and paid for by your supplier and as such we have to ask that this issue be addressed directly with them by yourself. Thank you.
