Contact details completely wrong on waybill
Asking for a alternate contact number, after the number written on waybill has 11 digits and are not close to what it should be, they are not able to reach me. If you are serious about being a courier company at least make sure you can write the contact number down as it should be. This would save a lot of frustration.
