Bad attitudes and worse service

The drivers were the rudest drivers I have ever come across. They were late, then shouted at us, their clients for taking too long to go downstairs to meet them (they waited no more than 3 minutes). When the CEO of the company met them they were incredibly rude and did not help load the packages (bikes) onto the truck. They shouted on the phone at one of the staff. Worst courier service ever.
