Touched by an Angel

Recently, between me and my brother we needed assistance with our mother who has been struggling with a prolapsed bladder. My mother being an out-patient at Charlotte Maxhege Hospital, she has had to wait over 4 months to get a ******* ring pessary inserted. Dr Bloomberg referred me to Triton Enterprises to purchase the ring so we can get it at our own capacity to speed up the process. I then got into contact with Tessa Kok. This was around September 2015 then and I explained to her my mother's situation and she was more helpful than the staff at the hospital but unfortunately we had to wait for my mother's appointment to get her measured so she can get the ring.She gave me all the information I needed and referred me to the gynaecology department when we managed to get a date to get it inserted. Barely an hour after we left the hospital with my mom, the ring slipped out. I then took her back to the hospital and they refused to help us and said we must wait for her next consultation date in September 2016, which was then when I called and spoke to Ansie who directed me to Tessa. Since coming into contact with her she made sure my mother sees the right Dr to perform this produre.
