Lack of communication and waiting forever for a order

It takes forever to deliver a package and there is no update/communication on the ETA.

I've order on the 27/02 - I understand that they only process the order on the following Friday which is the 01/03. Then it takes from 14-18 workdays to deliver the order. So by calculation the order should have arrived on the 28/03 (excluding Saturdays & Sundays and 1 Public Holiday accountant for). But no update if the package was shipped or even if it is on route.
