Goods not delivered

Bought a product and emailed proof of payment. Sent a second email enquiring on the delivery date, but no reply. Sent message via Whatsapp - guess what, no response. I guess it's a ****. If they were legit, they would have contacted the customer back, wouldn't they? That's good customer service, right? Don't buy from this bussiness.
