BAD SERVICE!!!

I am very disappointed about the customer services I received at the Trish beauty Spa, yesterday I went to do my nails when I got there it was raining I waited 20 min outside the gate while they were looking for the gate keys, that was finally found outside in the car by me after one of the the****** asked me to check in the car, that was so unprofessional. The Manager did not have the decency to apologies about the inconvenient occur, when I call the Manager today to report the incident that she saw when it happened and she never apologies ,she says she didn't like my attitude when I got in I didn't even greet them\ like really after waiting 20 min in the rain she still expecting me to smile and wave, am so disgusted by her behaviour , she needs customer service skills.<br> <br> "
