Silence mkhatshwa

My car broke the gearbox mountain bolts and I took it to trichadt volkswagen to do the inspection and needed a technical report so that I can claim the warranty to fix my car but they decided on their own statement that there was an impact that's why the bolts are broken even though there was no proof for that, just because they wanted the warranty to reject my claim, As a black person who is paying for the car and the warranty and in such situation how do I get help because because the service adviser (Henry truter) told me to go where ever I want to go he won't change the technical report actually he was refusing with it saying I hitted the speed hump with the car even though there is no any scratch on the vehicle for the impact he is talking about I need help about this situation because now this vw service adviser he is deciding for me about what happened to the car while he can't even show the impact and the accidental damages on the car, it's just a broken bolts
