Did not finish my swimming pool,

I got my quotation. First week on site went great. Second week workers came late, they started working from 11:00-14:00,then they leave The workers had no transport, they arrived by taxi, with no tools etc, I had to give them my husbands tools to use for the job!.Mr, Bothma said my swimming pool will take 4 weeks. The workers started by working around 11:00 the one day, next day they don't pitch for work, when I call Mr Bothma, \they just busy with the last touch-up work on another site""; he had long stories to tell. They started with the pool the 1st week of November; they didn't finish the job as been said. By the 12th December everyone just disappeared with the job not completed the second layer of paint for the rockart was not done; also the last touch-up details. So we went on holiday. By the 15th January I contacted Mr Bothma; his to busy to see us. We schedule a meeting;we are still waiting for him. I'm no trying my best to find someone who will be able to finish my swimming pool. """
