Very Bad customer service

<p>I bought a VivaAerobus roundtrip fly ticket though this site on November 18, for my son to fly from Veracruz to Monterrey on November 19, when he showed up at the airport VivaAerobus didn't let him board because they said the reservation was never paid (of course they got the money from my account), I call several times Tripsta, and they assure me that the reservation was paid, but they couldn't do anything, I called on Monday November 21 to request my money back, they said that it will be an investigation, I called again on November 28, they still didn't have an answer for me, and now they don't even answer calls, please never buy a reservation through this company, bad, bad, bad customer service.</p>
