I booked some flights to Tete for employees of my company. My employees had a problem at the airport and LAM airlines said they couldn't help as it was booked through an agent. That agent happened to be the worst company in the world: [URL Removed] <br> I have tried contacting tripsta via calls, and the phone numbers on their website do not exist. then I tried contact tripsta via email, they rep**** to my first email 1 week later, which was obviously too late. But I still tried to get another date booked as LAM said I could change my dates with the agent at no extra charge from LAM side. Since then I gave my new dates and I still have heard zero feedback from tripsta. I email them every 2 days, to get something back, and they absolutely do not care, as they have my money. <br> Rather use more reputable companies. I would never use [URL Removed] again, as it routes you to [URL Removed] I wouldn't obviously use [URL Removed] again or any of their affiliates: [URL Removed] [URL Removed] etc.. as they don't answer their phones either or get back to us. They all ****s, trust me, Ive paid the school fees.
