Unreachable/ false advertising

<p>First issue- their phone number advertized is outdated and not working. No notice was sent of cobtact ibfo changed between the time we booked and flight departure.</p> <p> </p> <p>Secondly., getting hold of them is impossible. Their 24h/7days a week is a advertising ****. They are unreachable. I've on 3 occasions called on various days and times and hold for more than 15min before a agent answered. </p> <p>The last 2 attempts were unsuccessful and i am unable to change my flight as i need to do it through them. This whole process is such an inconvenience that in my urgent state i was not assited and will probably lose all my money.</p> <p>Stay clear of this agency as they won't be there when needed most.</p>
