TRIPSTA SA - NO CONTACT

I book an overseas trip via [URL Removed] which directed me to [URL Removed] The booking was done, payment was made via credit card and I received my eticket. I now needed to do a change on my ticket. I have tried to contact the numbers on the eticket (Telephone: +27(0)***, +27(0)***) but with no success for the past 24 hours. I email the email address on the eticket (E-mail: [Email Removed] yesterday, requesting a response but no response. I emailed again today, but still have not received a response. <br> <br> I am now have no option but to stop payment on this credit card transaction as it is impossible to contact this service provider in any form!!
