Tripsta Call Centre????

did my booking through Tripsta online, what a disaster. 14 days ago i tried to postpone my fleight, 8 Emails (with transaction numbers) and 24 calls to the call centre, and still no reply. My flight was this morning. Needless to say i can not get hold of them. i tried to contact SAA and they do not have my booking no????... What can i do and how do i get my refund.
