Shocking experience from start to finish

Booked flights from Belfast to Rome with Tripsta& 5 weeks prior to the flight I began receiving notifictions of \schedule changes"to this flight with new times and airports involved- clearly they were just trying to push me and my family onto another flight. I booked these flights in line with my itinerary &had other flights to catch so i rep**** explaining the latest of the changes with 7hr wait in Rome didnt work for me and could they help me find something else. i got no reply & had to follow up again. When they rep**** a week later i was told that they could offer me A)the flight id just been given or B)a flight that landed just before my next flight departed. I told them that if they couldnt find a better timed flight"
