On there it automatically selects a "Money Back Guarantee" option at R537.38 as an additional extra. When you deselect it, it subracts that price from your total ticket price. When you move on to the payment page, it has been added again. When you go back one step to the additional options page, you will see it is added again, although you previously deselected it. Even when you deselect it again, it keeps on automatically adding it. And there is no answer ever at the alleged "24 hour, 7 days a week" call centre. Stay away from TRIPSTA!</p>
