I booked 4 return flights to Namibia and got their confirmations via email and SMS and even a reminder, but when we arrived to depart I was told that Tripsta had not paid our airfare. We lost R16 000 and had to pay the fare again and another R9000 for emergency flight. This happened on 3rd April and we are still fighting in mid June to try get a refund. Heaven help you if you ever need to make a claim against them !!!</p>
