Response received later than date of departure

We arrived in Hong Kong on Friday and by Saturday realized that we won't need to stay here till the following Friday in order to fully enjoy the city. Hence we decided to go back on Tuesday. I sent emails after emails to [Email Removed] from Saturday afternoon. I got a reply from them only on Wednesday afternoon. For a Company that claims to be working 7 days a week, this is an absolutely ridiculous turnaround time. Next time I will book the ticket from the airline directly instead of saving a couple hundred rands to receive non-existent service!
