NO RESPONSE

I've booked tickets online and wanted to cancel my return trip and book another flight. NO response from their website EMAIL or even tried phoning them!!! NOTHING, in fact, their website now only throws errors when I try to 'contact them'<br> <br> I had to book make a complete different booking and am trying to get them to refund at least some of the NOT used ticket
