No answer and useless website

Never book with Tripsta! The website is absolutely useless when you need to change or cancel a flight. You can only change/cancel a flight by phoning them and they keep you waiting forever. I have called a few times today and not once have I been able to speak to an operator, just the answering machine. I now have a flight ticket that I can't change and therefore have to book a new ticket and pay again.
