Messed up my booking!

<p>As part of my return trip from Cape Town to Rome, there is a layover in Turkey but they failed to highlight that an airport transfer is required (only in very small print in light grey). This other airport (SAW) is over 1 hour drive away from IST!! When I phoned to ask about this they fail to admit the mistake. When I asked to change the one flight to leave from the same airport then want to rebook the entire trip and costing me an addtional 515 euros per person. That is over a 1000 euros extra! This is also after I selected the package which would allow me to change my flight details. The attitude on the call center was appalling after waiting over 20 min to speak to someone. Last time I am booking with them.</p>
