Do not use tripsta

I booked a flight for my boyfriend and I from Venice to Rome after our cruise. (one way). When I realized that the cruise only arrives at Venice port at 8am, not disembark I had to change our 10:20 flight. I could not get hold of any of the customer service numbers on their website, all the numbers don't exist, even the cptn branch just drops. doesn't even ring. finally when I got hold of someone in Canada they said my flight can not be changed. If I wanted to change it I will have to cancel my flight completely with no refund. I then thought read in their terms and conditions that flight cancellations will be charged R390 p/p. HOW CAN THEY KEEP YOUR MONEY FROM YOUR FLIGHT AND CHARGE R400 P/P to cancel???? if you choose not to cancel and just not show they charge you as well??? so basically if you can not make your flight at 10:20 you get charged the price of half a flight! unless you die or get terminally ill.<br> This is unacceptable and I do not recommend anybody to use them! problem is... I did not even choose them! the website just went through tripsta automatically when I chose a flight on Skyscanner!
