Contact numbers does not exist + no customer serv

I made a booking through [URL Removed] I want to change my booking. I wrote to them on e-mail as the the contact given on their site and the International site does not exist. They took two days just to respond to my e-mail query. Then they give me a response to contact them on the telephone numbers that do not exist.
