Request for Refund

We made a payment of R1 000 on 17 December 2016 to Trips SA for the assistance of making a booking for horse riding to take place on 19 December 2016. We couldn't proceed with the activity that we had booked for because one of us was over the allowable wight limit.

We immediately requested a refund of which the person that was dealing with it at the time agreed telephonically. After numerous contact with Tilla Coetzer, we couldn't get the refund... Even today, we haven't received the refund of R1 000. Can I please be assisted with this somehow. Thanks
