Missing stuff in the car

Tripple S Panel beaters I can trust them with my car since my car was towed to their yard and got missing stuff (aerial,spare wheel, broke my cubby lid holder, selfie stick ( that was inside the cubby holder )while my car was in their responsibility. They couldn’t even even help me with a checklist/ pictures of my car when they received it. We tried to take almost everything out of the car still make sure me and my kids get the medical car as per the accident. And when I send my dad few days after the accident to get some of the personal stuff that were left in the car including the main thing I wanted which was the baby car seat that I needed to use cause I travel with by babies everyday, he got everything except the selfie stick and noticed the aerial missing as he approaches the car when he asked the manager (Nico Nienaber)about it he was told things were removed for safe keeping, but neglected to to put back everything they removed when my car was transferred to a panel beater in Johannesburg. Now they thy want to shout the blame to my dad and say he took all the stuff in the car. It’s been over two months now since the accident and they still coming with excuses to replace all the missing stuff. Can the owner and the manager please take responsibility and replace all my belongings and also teach everyone working there to respect the clients cars when they brought to their yard.
