Deposit Not paid back

the complex I'm currently staying recently swapped metering services from Triple M Metering Services to Prestige metering services now when you activate your electricity account you paid a certain deposit and when you terminate your account that deposit needs to be paid back into your account that still hasn't happened yet.<br> the Triple M Metering Services account terminated in April 2015 already i don't know why deposit hasn't been paid back...******
