Deposit for electricity not paid back

Our complex (Savuti) have changed metering companies, as expected the new company require their electricity deposit and we need to retrieve our own deposit back from Tripple-M, I have tried to contact them on their phones and email address multiple times in the last month and no one is responding.<br> <br> [URL Removed]<br> <br> This is ******* and incompetence on a new level!
