R30 000 refund

On the 7th of October 2020 I bought a dodge journey and traded my Chevrolet Aveo to the dealership upon trading in my vehicle I did explain to Peter ( the owner) and Derrick that I have misplaced the papers and I was advised to go and request a duplicate from the traffice department and they will wait until I bring the papers , I requested that they give me the Dodge since it's a 7 seater and I was going with my family to attend the funeral since the car was paid in full , I was told that I must give them R30.000 so that the keep it until I bring the papers for the ownership for the chev Aveo that I have traded in. So today I got the papers for the ownership and I drove to Pretoria to hand then over which I did , and I asked Peter and Derrick to refund me with immediate payment for my R30.000 and Peter refused and shouted at me, he told me that it will take 7 days working days to get a refund. I explained to him that it's the money for the food for my children and rent but still he refused to give me back my money and even sweated at me.

Peter he's rude, and I was taken for a ride because the kept my R30.000 for the paper that coat only R264.00. I also have prove where the signed that when I bring the papers I will be refunded. Nothing was stated on the paper that it will take 7 days for the money to be refunded by to me

In future I will not buy from them because the are misleading and ******** people their money and they are also ******. Just because I'm black I have been disrpected and taken by a ride and even Derrick didn't even assit me to get my money back.
