This company manufactures all-natural, safe household cleaners. They also sell practical shopping bags made by previously abused women who then benefit from the skills they learn in their Skil-Me initiative.

I recently contacted them with questions regarding one of their products. In a day and age where one often gets outomated / "pre-populated' and sometimes irrelevant replies, it was like a fresh breeze to communicate with Caterina. Her e-mails were pin-point, in a truely one-to-one manner. May this business grow from strength to strength! I only wish that more businesses had people like this lady to serve on their 'customer care' teams!
