High Electricity

Good day<br> <br> I am a tenant at Waterfall Heights in Vorna Valley Midrand.<br> <br> I cannot understand how one month i'm paying R500 and the next over a thousand when I do the same routine every month and my main switches are always off. Even during December we were barely at home.<br> <br> My agent has queried this with your company before but there is never a response, generally when no one responds it's because it can't be explained. If it can't be explained then there's something wrong.<br> <br> Please can you assist as soon as possible otherwise we will have to escalate this issue with our lawyers. Unless we are provided with a full breakdown of electricity that was used per day that amounts to the total on our statement.<br> <br> Thanks<br> Ashmika
