Triple K and V Properties unreliable

I am complaining on behalf of my mother who's been using this estate agent for a while. Initially, she was signed up with Harcourts and they decided to transfer her to these guys without any proper information.

We needed an estate agent at the time and didn't see any reason to fight. Now it's been months and the estate agent doesn't pay the rental fee that the tenants pay to him. Currently, he owes more than R20 000 and we want to end his contract because he is unreliable.

He lies, makes up stories and is unreachable at most times. My mother and him are both based in Polokwane. We would like to retrieve the money owed and end the contract asap.
