Bad service and communication

Triple H industrial enterprises was told to be one of the best companies to go to with a contracting job, so I did get in contact with a Mr Kobus Dreyer who I arranged a meeting with so that he could physically see what needed to be done .He then said that they cannot do it as I asked him a simple question ,he got angry and started cussing and saying no one would help me with what had to be done.
