Promise not meet
Last week on the 20 May I order a ice cream combo, it was R17020 with the courier fee of R350 that has been added total i pay R17020 It was immediate payment after the confirm that the payment reflect on the side. They advise that after payment it will take 1-4 business day to be deliver to me and it reflect the same day. I send them again WhatsApp advice that they should give me call when they are going to deliver the package and they advice that good has been dispatched from their warehouse it will be delivered by MBD COURIER SERVICES and they don't answer my WhatsApp been sending my query no reply no nothing please assist. My order number LM202140Y. I was assist by Darshan

02 Jun 2024, 09:54Some of the customer yes they can receive their documents as you promises, but some we don't been sending WhatsApp enquire about my Ice cream machine since after payment reflecting on your side .My wish was to start selling on the 29 May because of the election because, I am staying next to the school that was allocated for voting station, still nothing and. To buy from you is because of the positive review that I read from the Facebook. I think this is the last request from me to you Triple C equipment
