Tripple advance investment (Loans )

I am very irritated and disgusted by te service this entity gives . They are so un professional starting from the call center agents when they talk on the phone . I find it un proffessional for them to list you on credit bureu whereelse you never skipped any payment . they offer loans on a month to month basis how can they bad list someone who never skipped or missed their payments . I started taking a loan with them in February last year till May last year . however on my credit record it shows that i owe them for February and March , like really now where is the common sense in this ? how did they offer me further loans for for April and May if i didn't pay for Feb and March . haaibo . worse when i called them for settlement letter they confirm that i do not owe them but they never sent the paid up letter to me after requesting for it 4 times already . Instead when you call they sometimes tell you that the person working at queries is out and she is the only one . I managed to speak to a lady by the name of Rose and she took my details rather should i say she pretended to do so cause she has never sent anything . Do i have to sue this company for deformation of character because they incorrectly listed my name and this has negatively affected my credit and work profile ?
