I have been waiting for weeks now to get an updated statement in terms of what I owe. Day in day out its a new story and no one to assist. They send you millions of emails daily on money owed and bill you each time communication is sent irrespective of whether you akcnowledge the communication or not. The amount you owe changes every day. Theyre agents Tumelo Ledwaba and manager Carol are something else. Same excuse everytime you call that your matter has been escaletd but nothing fruitful ever comes from this. I am told I owe R1700 yet my transfers to this money milking comany total to R1600. How does that even make sense. How they are even still operational is beyond me. Is there no tribunal they can be reported to.
