threatening emails sent without any indication as to what for.

I keep getting threatening emails from these guys TADI and I respond asking them to please advise for what account. they just tell you the amount and you must pay at whatever bank etc. I am not going to pay something if I don't know what it is for and if you are not going to answer me with a reply as to who you are representing then what must I do. you also say you try contacting me - how many times must I tell you I cannot answer phone calls at work. I finally phone and ask if they offer a settlement percentage and get told they will work it out for me but no one can tell what the percentage is- very quick to threaten but not very quick to help. Disgusting service - you need to train your staff properly on how to talk to people if they don't want an argument ensuing.
