Stay away

I have been struggling to have my bureau update it’s been over a year now , through all the calls and emails sent I was told it would be best if forwarded paid up letter to transunion it’s faster and convenient, not a problem I did that , transunion could not update paid up letters provided show incorrect loan reference and company details differ as the bureau reference. I’ve made numerous call and emails send WhatsApp but no seems to be of assistance to me, I wouldn’t recommend anyone to this institution because they quick to assist with loans yet struggle to assist with queries that a not of borrowing money, what point is it if a financial situation would be of their benefit only and not of the client as well. Stay away from this place unless of you want to stick with their reference on ur bureau showing balance and active yet you’ve long paid them
