Debt collectors money milk schemes.

Mr Price sold you my debt and when i made the arrangements to settle it was cool, but you promised to furnish me with a letter after 15 working days did you do that??? No, are you these debt collection companies that milk money from people by not removing them from your debt data base?? Or promise to send those letters and actually don't send them??
