BAD SERVICE FROM TRIPLE ADVANCE

I had a very bad experience with triple advance . I had a loan with them and finished paid, i have requested for a paidup letter witch they have been failling to provide even after i sent them Proof of payment and they confirmed that they have recevied payments, Simone and Yvonne can't help can't phone you back very unprofessional. I would never recommend this company. I'm struggling so long to get them to instruct itc to remove my name
