Tripmonster, Ethiopian Airlines

We booked with them in November 2021, there were no travel restrictions to Egypt from South Africa, according to the Egyptian embassy, I have the proof and they issued us our visas for travel. We flew from Durban to Johannesburg only to be told that we can't fly to Egypt. We were stranded in Johannesburg, they are responding or communicating at all, they haven't refunded us. While at the airport, South Africans on other airlines were flying to Egypt on holiday. This has has been really unfair, please don't ever book on Ethiopian Airlines or Tripmonster, they have ****** us and now totally ignoring for something we had do control over.
