Trip Monster ****STERS

Our national team unfortunately booked tickets through Trip Monster in 2022. Two months before our planned trip one of the athletes got injured and could not join the team. As a result the ticket of this athlete were cancelled on 6 October 2022. Trip monster said that it would take up to 16 weeks for the refund to pay out and that the progress could be followed on their website. We are now 6 months down the line and despite numerous emails to Trip Monster, Travel Genio there is just no reply. I tried the website but the message read that there is no future flights booked. . I also paid for extra luggage for all 4 athletes, as an option on the Trip Monster booking and needless to say nothing came of it. After several emails requesting and answer from them it was just silence from their side and we had to pay again with the airline when we booked in our extra size luggage. Please can somebody give me advise on how to deal with these *********** ****sters. My booking reference was Ticket #***. Please stay away from there *****sters as they don't belong in the travel business. They will ruin your trip !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
