Needed to book some flights for work, found some flights and did the whole booking thing and payment thing and when it came to pay and confirm I hit the button and the payment came back on my phone as insufficient funds as my card was not yet topped up by my financial dep. Closed the web padge and carried on with my work So around 30 to 45 min later I started my search again and found more options or shall I say better options and by then my card was topped up, so i booked my 2 week trip with 3 flight schedules from one supplier, happy sorted and broke after my card fill up, so went home relaxed and went to bed the next morning I noticed the first web site I dealt with had gone and completed the online flight bookings without my consent or even a banking OTP pin to confirm the trip. Then I checked all my SMS and the money was gone, I called but to no avail. I the got to mail them and they just came back and said that they do not give refunds on tickets

now I'm stuck with 2 tickets for the same day same time to the same place and they do not want to refund the ticket that they just booked through my card So do not use them and do not book anything by they are ******* and stole my money out of my account and now I have opened a ***** case against them
